Suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners to seasoned yogis. A professional Yoga Instructor leads the class, guiding you through a Yoga sequence suitable for your group's ability.  Allowing everyone to feel comfortable.

Sandhya’s offers a variety of yoga and wellness sessions to suit your hen party weekend:

1. Energising Partner Yoga: Perfect for breaking the ice, this session combines fun and laughter with yoga.  Ideal for all ages and levels, including complete beginners.

2. Laughter & Yoga: A lively Yoga class including laughter exercises, stretches and relaxation.  This class sets a joyful tone for the day.

3. Laughter Workout.  This class combines exercise with laughter, leaving your group feeling energised.

4. Post-Party Detox: This relaxing yoga class, designed to rebalance and rejuvenate after a night of celebration.

5. Zen Hen: Focuses on relaxation through individual or partner yoga, with options to include meditation, breathwork, and a self-guided Indian Head Massage.

Delicious chocolates and refreshing smoothies are delivered right to your venue.
