About

From Channel 4's 'Narrow Escapes,' Joel Sanders – the former Las Vegas Comedian who swapped the hubbub of the City for a NICE CALM LIFE on the UK's waterways - floats into Bath.

If you could abandon it all to follow a dream, would you?

That's what Joel did - gave it all up to live on a canal boat!

Sixteen years later, he's still floating around, never knowing where the next mooring will be, searching for...

... he's still not sure.

Now in its 10th year, 'Angry Boater' is about what life is really like as a nomad on the UK's archaic & unpredictable waterways.

If you've ever thought about living on a boat - or if you can't imagine anything worse - here's a night of comedy just the way you like it … up the canal!
