About
An afternoon of live art, live music, Q&A's, and an opportunity for attendees to tap into their creative spirits awaits at the debut exhibition of the artist's heart and soul, aptly titled 'in zero'. This event promises to be an intimate and honest showcase of the artist's journey, featuring poems and contemplations from their forthcoming book.
Special guests including Jay Thompson, Neil Simon, and Taibah Orpin will grace the occasion, adding layers of depth to the experience. Each piece on display is a testament to life itself, crafted intuitively and inspired by various sources, be it music or personal experiences.
Attendees will have the option to engage with the art in their preferred manner – either by scanning a code next to the work for additional insights or by simply allowing the pieces to speak to their emotions without external influence.
The artist emphasizes the significance of the creative process over the finished product, highlighting the beauty found in embracing the unknown. Adding to the authenticity of the exhibition, artworks and frames are predominantly fashioned from second-hand or handmade materials.
Furthermore, 10% of the profits from artwork sales will be directed to support The House of St Johns, the gracious host of this event. As a token of appreciation, guests will receive a small keepsake to cherish the memorable occasion.
