The city's largest beer garden and Bath's ultimate summer hangout spot is back!
Drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean coast, Bath on the Beach has had a refresh and opens from Thursday 11 June until Sunday 2 August - bookings are now open!
Take advantage of our complimentary beach games and challenge your friends to a round of bean bag toss, table tennis, pétanque, or giant Jenga. You can also book a game of tennis or adventure golf next door!
Please be aware that Bath on the Beach is a cash-less site.
Seating areas
70% of seating is for walk-in customers; however, only some of it is under the cover of a stretch tent. All cabanas have shelter.
Cabanas are free for walk-ins Monday-Thursday! You can only pre-book cabanas every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All cabanas are priced at £10, which is non-refundable.
During weekends, Bank Holidays and gorgeous summer evenings, the venue can get very busy, so there may then be a wait for the walk-in areas.

Party Packages

What are the opening times for Bath on the Beach?
Monday - Sunday, 10am until 10pm. The venue will be open later during World Cup games.
Do I need to book a ticket or pay an entrance fee?
No, you do not need to book or pay to gain access to Bath on the Beach. It is free to come along on the day, although there are options to reserve a private seating area if you wish.
Is there an age limit?
Under-18s are welcome at Bath on the Beach. However, during evening World Cup games, under 18s will not be allowed on site. There may be other times where any under 18’s are required to leave the premises due to it being a licensed venue.
Is the site accessible?
There is an accessible entrance to the right of the site, when looking at the main entrance. Please note, due to it being a temporary event, some of the ground is uneven.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome at Bath on the Beach, provided you are respectful of other groups, keep them on a lead, and clean up after them.
Can I bring in my own food and drink?
External food and drink are not permitted on site, other than a birthday cake, although no flames or candles are allowed on site. The closest place for a picnic in the park is Royal Victoria Park, just around the corner.
There will be a range of food and drink options available at Bath on the Beach, including vegan and vegetarian options. Please contact the team ahead of time to check about gluten-free options and any other dietary requirements.
Is there a car park?
There is no on-site parking at Bath on the Beach; the closest car park available to Bath on the Beach is Charlotte Street Car Park, located on Charlotte Street, Bath, BA1 2NR.
