About

In this workshop, participants will create a beautiful festive garland using a variety of foliage and materials. They will then be able to personalise it with a selection of decorations in different styles and colour schemes, perfect for attaching to a staircase, laying along a fireplace, or placing at the centre of a dining table.

Fresh greens, seasonal decorations, ribbons, and tools will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring any special ornaments they would like to incorporate.

The workshop will be led by Sian Quarren Evans, a landscape architect who has worked worldwide. Sian volunteers at The Urban Garden and often holds creative workshops at their garden centre in Victoria Park.

Please note:

  • The workshop will be held in the Servants Hall of No.1 Royal Crescent.
  • The Servants Hall is wheelchair accessible. Participants are encouraged to contact the organisers to discuss any access requirements.
  • This event is not suitable for children.
  • A complimentary drink and festive snack are included.
