About

Now in its 23rd year, the walking challenge across the outskirts of Bath has become a cherished tradition, inviting thousands of participants to explore the breathtaking countryside and immerse themselves in the city's charm from a unique perspective.

Scheduled for Sunday, September 22nd, 2024, this year's event promises to be another memorable occasion. Participants will embark on a circular route offering unparalleled views of the historic city, with highlights including the panoramic vistas from Little Solsbury Hill and South Stoke Millennium Viewpoint.

While the challenge encourages individuals to tackle the full 22-mile route, flexibility is key. Thanks to five strategically placed checkpoints and a complimentary taxi service between each, participants can tailor their experience by choosing their preferred distance and starting point. This inclusive approach ensures that individuals of all ages and abilities can take part in the Circuit of Bath Walk, an event that holds significant importance for Julian House.

By joining in, participants not only derive a profound sense of accomplishment from traversing nearly 22 miles of stunning yet demanding terrain but also contribute to a noble cause. Funds raised through sponsorships directly support Julian House's efforts to provide emergency shelter and refuge for those at risk, ultimately making a difference in saving lives.

Early Bird tickets are currently available, priced at £10 for adults, £5 for children, and £22 for families. Dog companions are warmly welcomed, and families with young children will find sections of the walk suitable for buggies. For further information and ticket purchases, visit www.circuitofbathwalk.co.uk. For additional inquiries, feel free to contact Senior Community and Events Fundraiser Gavin Osborn at 07946 330971 or gavin.osborn@julianhouse.org.uk.
