About
Dawn Chorus is one of the most beautiful nature events of the year, with bird song at it's peak on the farm, set against the backdrop of a beautiful sunrise… Getting involved in one of these special annual events, allows you to immerse yourself in nature at a time we wouldn't ordinarily be out in the wild.
Nature Guide Nick Patel of 'Wilder Skies' will take you through the various species of birds which call Bath City Farm home during summertime. He will teach you the different songs and how to identify the different species. Along the short walk, the special habitats of the farm will be highlighted, bringing the diverse wildlife on site to life during this magical dawn experience.
This is a great event for those wanting to learn more about birds, a beginner to birdwatching, or just someone who wants to see the farm from a whole other perspective. Bath City Farm has been creating and maintain some important habitats on site for a plethora of breeding and visiting bird species. After the walk we will gather to have a well-deserved hot drink, pastries and chat about what we've seen and heard.
