About
This workshop, facilitated by Silvia Carderelli-Gronau and Louis Green, will explore Somatic principles to support wellbeing for creatives. We will find internal and external connections via experiential exercises and creative practices, aiming to connect us with our personal needs and discover the interconnectedness between us and our environment.

Prior, she lived and worked in Sao Paulo- Brazil, Florence and London. Silvia has been consolidating her practice (Somatics, Ensemble, Embodiment) & the dialogue with creative technologies, interested in how they can support/enhance human experiences. Silvia is the co-director of SEAM coLAB with Swen Gaudl, a resident at the Studio in Bath and a member of the Creative Practice and Embodied Knowledge Research Group at Bath Spa University.
Louis Green is a postgraduate dance and embodiment researcher based in Bath, UK.
