About

Come and see the Bath Assembly Rooms, designed by John Wood the Younger and built in 1771. Bath Assembly Rooms is a Grade 1 listed building that’s a key part of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bath that’s currently undergoing a transformation as the National Trust work towards opening a new Georgian experience in 2026.

 

The guided tours will take you around the principal rooms on the ground floor, where you’re learn how they were used by society in the 18th century for dancing, parading, gambling and entertainment. You’ll also find out about some of the more recent history of the property and a little of the plans for the future.

 

Lasting approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, these tours are designed for adults, but are also suitable for interested older children. Please book a ticket for everyone in your party. Please note if anyone arrives more than 15 minutes late, they will be unable to join the booked tour.

£10 per adult (free to National Trust members).

Tours run from 10 to 11 am, 12 pm to 1 pm and 2 pm to 3 pm
