Discover the ancient art of Indian block printing and create your own beautiful designs using a wide range of hand carved blocks. Print either a table runner or a set of napkins or any three other items of your choice (tea towels, tote bags, cushion covers, aprons; or scarves) which you can take home on the day.

There will be a demonstration and then you will practise on old fabric until you are ready to create your own designs. Please wear old clothes or bring an apron.
There will be a few printing blocks and blank textiles available to buy at the end for anyone who is interested in pursuing this craft at home.

Entry into Bowood House & Gardens is included and you are free to wander either before or after your session during our opening hours on the day.
