About

Syrian master musician Maya Youssef has been hailed the 'queen of the qanan' (an Arabic stringed instrument). Her music explores emotions of exile from her experiences fleeing to the UK. Maya joins her brand-new trio of rising stars Zoe Rahman and Elizabeth Nott, alongside special guests from the British folk scene.
