About
No.1 Royal Crescent invites children to their monthly creative workshops. Led by local artists, these fun and engaging sessions introduce participants to various art-making techniques.
2 November: Imagined Lands
10am – 12pm
Participants will leap into landscapes and cast a sculptural tile using plaster of Paris, inspired by landscape paintings at No.1 Crescent and views of Bath. They will imagine and create their own endless landscape using an oil pastel print and paint wash technique.
Suitable for ages 8-14.
Important Info:
Children are encouraged to attend independently; please contact the organizers if this presents a barrier to attendance.
Sessions take place in the Servant's Hall during museum open hours. The room is wheelchair accessible, and a disabled toilet is nearby.
Parents waiting may wish to visit the museum and take advantage of the annual pass. Several cafes are within a 5-minute walk.
