Step into stillness and reconnect with nature in the stunning surroundings of Prior Park Landscape Garden, while it's not open to visitors.
A guided mindfulness walk designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and fully inhabit the present moment. As you explore the garden's rolling paths, sweeping views and serene waters, you'll be invited to engage all your senses, cultivate calm awareness and let go of mental clutter.
The session includes short periods of silence, guided reflections and time to enjoy a hot drink (included in ticket price) together amidst the beauty of the landscape. There will be opportunity afterwards to enjoy this special place and perhaps journal around what came up for you.
No prior mindfulness experience needed, just come as you are, with comfortable shoes and an open mind. Led by Katy Smith, Forest Therapy Practitioner & Life Coach
