About

You will gain an understanding of our body's role in psychological survival, the mediating role of our nervous systems and the role & nature of memories.

You will also explore ways of healing and moderating the impact of trauma on your bodies, and how this can support your minds. Human's are social animals, and you will learn how together there is a path to co-regulation and collective healing. The talk also includes some incredible research on how art can impact the nervous systems of traumatised communities.
