These activities are included in your ticket:

Heads and Tails - 28, 29 July + 1 August, 2pm-4pm

Find out about Roman coins excavated from the hot spring, see special designs, and investigate Roman Emperors. Create an imperial radiate crown to wear.

Perfect Pins - 4-8 August, 2pm-4pm

The Romans used special brooches to pin their clothes together. Create a perfect pin to add pizazz to your outfit.

Spring Secrets - 11-15 August, 2pm-4pm

Find out about our hot spring and create a treasure box.

Roman Gods and Goddesses - 20-22nd + 26 August, 2pm-4pm

In Roman times people worshipped the goddess Sulis Minerva - create a pop-up god or goddess.

Archaeology Adventures! - daily at 10am, 11am, and 2pm

(Please note that 2pm sessions are NOT being run on 1, 8, 14, 15, 20-22, 29 August)

Dig for Roman artefacts (replicas) in our special excavation trench and learn how to identify, record, and uncover hidden treasures—just like a real archaeologist. Discover, Investigate, Identify, Reconstruct … just like real archaeologists! What new and exciting things will you discover?
