About

Its been a while since we had an agave led tasting and we have managed to convince agave ambassador, Gabriela Moncada, to visit our little corner of the UK for this one.

Tapatio is the flagship brand of the renowned La Alteña Distillery, founded in Jalisco, Mexico, in 1937 by Don Felipe Camarena. Still owned by the Camarena family, Don Felipe's grandson Carlos continues the legacy as master distiller.

Eduardo and Julio Mestres spent decades sampling Mezcal from villages in their native Mexico, collaborating with Maestro Mezcaleros and local communities they founded Los Siete Misterios using only traditional techniques thus preserving the provenance of this revered spirit.

Event starts at 6:30PM here at the shop; Independent spirit of Bath, 7 Terrace Walk, BA1 1LN. Your order number is your ticket. Please note events take place in our downstairs tasting room. Should you have any accessibility issues please get in touch first.

Tickets are refundable up to 24hrs before the start of the event.
