About
Gavi wants to motivate the people of Stapleford, so he starts a motivational group in his garage, armed with daily mantras, goal-setting, and far too much Spandau Ballet. The catch? The only attendees are his Co-op colleagues, Dawn and Jen, a mother and daughter who bicker like it's their full-time job.
What begins as awkward exercises quickly spirals into tension, resentment, and bitter truths nobody expected to face. Darkly funny and uncomfortably honest, this play exposes the messy realities of family, mental health, and the ways trying to motivate others can reveal just how fragile and cruel we can be.
