About

Ukrainian Soul: Voices of Light is a warm and moving concert celebrating Ukrainian Christmas traditions, performed by the SVITLO Ukrainian Choir together with children from the Ukrainian School in Bath.

Through traditional carols, folk songs, and modern pieces, the concert shares stories of light, hope, and unity that are at the heart of Ukrainian culture. Featuring traditional Ukrainian carols and folk songs passed down through generations and internationally recognised works such as Carol of the Bells (Shchedryk) by Ukrainian composer Mykola Leontovych, the deeply moving Melody by Myroslav Skoryk, and festive favourites including Silent Night

Audiences are also invited to explore a small Ukrainian craft and food fair in the Foyer from 4pm with the concert starting at 4.30pm.

This family-friendly event welcomes everyone to experience the beauty of Ukrainian music and Christmas.
