Celebrate love this Valentine's, with The Pump Room's unique Champagne and sharing menu experience.

Explore the romantic Roman Baths by torchlight together, as you toast each other with a glass of finest Searcys Selected Cuvée Rosé Champagne. Then take your seats upstairs under the glittering Pump Room chandelier, for a delicious sharing menu experience, serenaded by the talented resident pianist.

The Roman Baths will be open from 6.30pm for you to enjoy for as long as you wish, before your dinner booking. Please choose your booking time based on the time you would like to sit for dinner in the Pump Room. We kindly ask guests to ensure they join us in the restaurant promptly for their booking time.

There are four time slots available to book for dinner: 6.45pm, 7.00pm, 7.15pm, 7.30pm

If you would like to skip the Roman Baths and join us directly for dinner in the Pump Room, that's not a problem - they can serve your Champagne straight to your table. Please let them know on booking.

Seared scallops with cauliflower puree, rosemary oil 

Somerset Brie croquettes with bloody Mary dipping sauce

Rabbit and venison terrine with pear and ginger chutney, crisp sourdough

(Vegetarian and vegan alternatives available)

 

Main Course

Choose one of the below each:

Slow cooked beef, button mushrooms, parsley and mustard seed dumpling

Grilled hake with charred sweetheart cabbage, lemon and mustard

Vegetarian cottage pie, chestnut mushrooms, crispy leeks, thyme and garlic mash (v)
