Taking place on 18 January 2026 (departing after breakfast the next day), this thoughtfully designed retreat combines yoga, mindful breathing, and delicious food to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

Schedule

  • Healthy light lunch on arrival around 1pm with introduction to your hosts, followed by room check-in
  • 3pm - 60-minute Pilates with Pippa Seaton
  • 4.15pm - 60-minute breath work with Louise Percy
  • 5.15pm - Q&A with Louise & Pippa
  • Free time to use spa facilities, enjoy a treatment (any treatments need to be booked in advance and are charged as taken)
  • 7.30pm - A specially curated three-course nutritional dinner
  • 7am - Sunrise Yoga with Louise Percy
  • 8am - Breakfast
  • Unlimited use of the spa facilities & a luxury goodie bag
  • 11am - Check out
