Bex and Lana will guide you through a comprehensive session designed to boost your wellness journey, setting an intention to help you create direction and bringing focus and purpose to your practice. You can expect time of connection with self and intention setting, followed by a fun high-energy targeted workout that seamlessly blends into a soothing yoga practice, concluding with a calm movement session that will leave you feeling completely refreshed and renewed.

A morning of self-care in The Chapel, nestled into the beautiful walls of the Hotel. This two-hour yoga event is suitable for all abilities, led by expert practitioners Bex Bridgford and Lana King.

The workshops are from 10am to noon, please bring the following exercise accessories with you:
