About

The Bell is a traditional and iconic 300 year old community owned pub and live music venue owned by over 700 members and offering a haven from the bustle of city life

Free live music is to be found on Monday nights, every other Tuesday night, Wednesday nights and Sunday afternoons showcasing a wide range of local and international musicians and acts. There are also DJ's every Friday night and all day on Saturdays plus an open mic night on Thursdays

They stock a good selection of real ales and are regularly featured in the good pub guide. There are fresh cooked pizza's available on Wednesday's and Friday to Sunday, which can be enjoyed indoors or outside in our sheltered beer garden

They are proud sponsors the Orchestra of Everything and are a Living Wage employer
