Bath Adventures

About

Bath Adventures offer river and walking tours of Bath, with something to suit everyone.

Walking Tours

Visiting Bath with the whole family, or prefer a shorter walking tour? Take a tour with Bath Adventures and book onto their Love Bath tour for a unique perspective of the city. This central tour will give you an overview of Bath's rich history and attractions in under an hour, with a fun photo quiz for the kids. Offering an insider's view of Bath today, and available year-round, the savvy guides will help you make the most of your visit.

Alternatively, join the Best Views of Bath Walking Tour to take in the highlights of the city from key locations, or explore Bridgerton in Bath on the Bridgerton Sights and Music Tour. Equipped with over-ear headphones, a local guide – a devout Bridgerton fan – will share with you the filming locations, behind-the-scenes gossip, and music that is used in the show.

Take a walk with a difference on the Ghost Hunters Silent Disco Tour. You can follow in the footsteps of a nameless ghost hunter and dance – possibly for your life – around the city. Complete the work they never finished, whilst listening to a sinister soundtrack left behind on their walkman before their untimely death.

Boat Tours

Take to the water and hop aboard their lovingly restored 60s cruiser, the Lady Pamela, with a friendly crew, open cockpit in the summer and toasty stove in the winter. Tea, coffee, gin and tonic, prosecco, wine and Bath Ales are all available onboard.

At 25 minutes, their Short Boat Trip to Pulteney Weir gives you time to view the sights with a drink in hand. For a longer trip, why not try their hour-long Lunchtime Cruise to a riverside pub?

Coming with a larger group or hen party? River Adventures offer a Bottomless Prosecco Cruise, Canapés and Prosecco and a Gin-Tasting River Cruise (new for 2020).

Combined Walking and Boat Tours

To combine land with water and gain a unique perspective of Bath, the Small-Group Combo Trip comprises a short boat trip and walking tour of central Bath, ideal if you want to maximise your time in the city, and if visiting with children.

All tours are for a maximum of 12 passengers and online booking is required before boarding. All trips can be booked on River Adventures’ website subject to availability.
