About

Explore mind, body, and soul with expert instructor Bex Bridgford during a morning of Aquasana in the Rooftop Pool, followed by a Thermae Welcome 2-hour spa session, complete with towel and robe.

Aquasana blends classic yoga postures with gentle tai chi movements and invigorating karate-inspired sequences, performed in the spa's mineral-rich waters. This flowing routine stretches and tones the body, enhancing flexibility while easing tension, delivering an energizing and balanced full-body workout.

The class takes full advantage of the water's healing properties, leaving participants feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and grounded. The exclusive 8am session provides private access to the rooftop pool before the spa opens to other guests.

Each Aquasana class at Thermae Bath Spa is priced at £50 per session, which includes a two-hour Thermae Welcome (spa access plus towel and robe).

Availability is limited, so early booking is recommended.
