At Bowood House and Gardens, you can join the Introduction to Arm Knitting Workshop and create your own super-soft, giant blanket using just your arms with Chunky Needle. This fun and creative session is perfect for absolute beginners and is suitable for ages 10+.

You will knit your very own chunky blanket in just two hours, choosing from 2kg of vegan-friendly acrylic or 100% hypoallergenic Merino wool. All supplies are provided, along with expert instruction, a hot drink, and biscuits to enjoy while you work. By the end of the workshop, you’ll take home a gorgeous handcrafted blanket made entirely by you.

Whether you come alone or with a friend, this is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills, and spend a couple of hours trying something new in the inspiring setting of Bowood.
