About

Celebrate the graduation of our BA Music students as they take over every performance space at Burdall's Yard for an extraordinary day of creativity.

Experience more than 14 unique showcases spanning folk, funk, rock, jazz, acoustic, electronic music, and sound art—all created, curated and managed by the students themselves. This dynamic event demonstrates the breadth of creative work developed throughout the BA Music degree programme, with performances forming part of their graduation portfolios.

From traditional gigs and concerts to intimate listening sessions and participatory workshops, discover exceptional emerging talent across multiple genres and innovative audience formats. A unmissable celebration of musical diversity and student achievement from the BSU community.

Experience more incredible performances at SparkFest 2026—running from 4-30 May. Discover the full lineup at sparkfest.co.uk.
