At Bowood House and Gardens, you will spend the day learning the traditional skills of copper foiling, from cutting glass accurately to adding copper foil and finally soldering. You can choose from a selection of templates to create either a small panel or a pair of hanging light-catchers to take home with you. All tools and materials are provided.

During the workshop, you will also discover some of the history behind copper foiling and gain inspiration from makers who have mastered this beautiful craft.
