About

At Bowood House and Gardens, you can come and design your own beautiful bespoke drum or cone lampshade for your home in this afternoon workshop. Aimée Alice Payton will share her tips and tricks to help you create a stunning shade with a professional finish. There will be plenty of beautiful fabrics to choose from, but you are also welcome to bring your own, and Aimée can advise if it will be suitable.

On the day, you will learn what makes the perfect lampshade and how to ensure the fabric you choose matches your ideas. You will be guided step by step to create a bespoke drum or cone-shaped lampshade using hard PVC backing.
