About

This May half term, families are invited to get creative at the Herschel Museum of Astronomy with a hands-on art activity inspired by the Moon. Taking place daily from Saturday 25 May to Sunday 2 June, Marvellous Moonscapes encourages children to design and make their own imaginative Moon-inspired artwork.

Participants will explore the craters, textures, and landscapes of the Moon, learning fascinating facts along the way before creating their own unique moonscape masterpieces to take home.

This drop-in activity is suitable for children of all ages and is free with museum admission. No booking required.
