Join Lucy Starling and learn some fascinating facts about moths, observe the process of recording them and take some wonderful photos.

This is an Eventbrite event organised by The Friends of Sydney Gardens, in collaboration with Bath Natural History Society. Limited to a maximum of 25 participants. Led by Lucy Starling and Phillip Delve, assisted by other members of Bath Natural History Society Moth Study Group.


There will be a variety of moths identification field guides available for reference.
Start: 9.00 and Finish: Approx 12.00pm.

Two moth traps will be run locally in Bathwick/Walcot area and transported a short distance to be opened in Sydney Gardens. The number and variety of moths caught ( to be released unharmed in the evening in the gardens where trapped) will depend on weather conditions overnight.
