About

Bristol Based Americana Artist Performing at The Bell Inn, Bath - Free Entry

From London born roots with early involvement in the protest scene to living nomadically through Europe and playing through America, her material tells stories of rebellion, living on the road and life as a troubadour.

Rosemary draws on folk traditions, americana and spirituals from a place of early instinct matched with rich life experiences to create a sound unique yet familiar. Often described as 'timeless' she continues a Woody-Dylan chain, this time with a woman at the wheel.

With Guitar or Resonator, Harmonica or Washboard, and acapella vocals that range from gospel to folklore, Rosemary represents a nostalgic voice offering an alternative message for our current age. With a live track record that spans from festivals across the South-west to performing at Tin Pan South festival in Nashville.

Her debut single release 'Peace' met to great success with Jelli Records, whilst refusing to promote as an artist on social media as an act of protest, she proves how ready people are for change. Now Bristol based, 2025/26 will see the release of her debut album 'Peace Revue.

This gig also celebrates her recently second released official single 'Raise up your banner'. Hear both songs live, along with 2 full sets of material from the upcoming albums.
