This small, hands-on masterclass is perfect for anyone interested in fermenting their own drinks, or vegetables.
Under the guidance of Executive Chef Matthew Briddon, learn all you need to know about fermenting the best of the season's vegetables and fruits to make your own drinks, kimchi, sauces and more.
The day includes refreshments, a delicious lunch in Iford Manor Kitchen's restaurant and all materials and ingredients required for the course.
