About

New for 2025, Avon Valley Railway invites visitors to Steam into Spring every Sunday in March. As the days grow longer, guests can enjoy a nostalgic steam-hauled journey along the historic railway, taking in the picturesque views as the Avon Valley awakens for the season.

Alongside standard seating, visitors have the option to upgrade their experience for just £4.00 extra and ride in the exclusive brake van. This unique vantage point offers stunning views from the veranda, a cosy log-burning fire inside, and a complimentary hot drink to enjoy during the journey. Groups of six can take advantage of an exclusive hire option, with the cheapest ticket free.

Back at Bitton Station, guests can stop by the popular buffet, which serves a selection of hot food and drinks daily. The gift shop also offers a variety of souvenirs, perfect for remembering the day’s adventure.
