About

Following last year's sold-out Iberian Supper Club at Bath Soft Cheese (BA1 9AQ), SupperSub are back on May 15th with a new menu. Enjoy a flavour-packed dinner inspired by some of the Middle East's most fascinating and lesser-known dishes.

This will be a celebration of the Levant's array of flavours. You can expect indulgent, intriguing dishes you won't often find on menus locally, drawing inspiration from Bahrain, Lebanon, Palestine, Israel, Syria and Turkey. Think bold spices, comforting richness, bright herbs and the kind of food that invites conversation. Plus I'll be pairing it all with wines from the region too.
