Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Ruth O'Shea - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) play a Café Concert on the last Friday of each month (Jan-Nov) at 1pm at St John's Church Hall: informal music events in the community, with a pop-up café open from 12.15pm where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and home-made cakes, and enjoy live music.

The music for May's concert is inspired by summer and dreams, and includes an arrangement of Dream Children by Elgar, the Allegro from 'Jacob's Dream' Trio in Eb by Haydn, and music by Mendelssohn, Turina and Rachmaninov.

Concerts last 45mins and entrance is by pay-what-you-feel donation. An RSVP via www.trioparadis.com is very much appreciated though not essential. Turn up early to be sure of a table, as these concerts are popular.
