About

Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan – piano, Ruth O'Shea – violin, and Linda Stocks – cello) perform a Café Concert at St Michael's at 3.30pm on the last Friday of each month. These informal, 'pay-what-you-feel' events operate via a retiring collection to ensure they are accessible to all.

This month’s programme is inspired by spirits and legendary creatures, featuring musical depictions of a mermaid, a water sprite, elves, a Greek god, and a ghost. The repertoire includes works by Handel, Gershwin, Henriette Renié, Rebecca Clarke, and William Bolcom.

Concerts last approximately 45 minutes. Tea, coffee, and cakes are available in the church café before the performance. While RSVPs via the Trio Paradis website are appreciated, they are not required.
