About

Wild Swim Bike Run invites participants to an all-women paddleboarding lesson and adventure day in Bath. Perfect for newcomers to the sport or those seeking to refine their skills, this full-day experience is designed to immerse attendees in the world of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) within a supportive, fun, and welcoming environment.

Upon arrival, participants will receive a comprehensive safety briefing before being introduced to the SUP equipment. The friendly and expert coaches, passionate about paddleboarding, are dedicated to ensuring the experience is enjoyable and rewarding for everyone.

The session begins with participants starting on their knees, progressing to standing when they feel ready. There is no rush, as the primary focus is on helping each individual feel confident and comfortable on the water.
