This relaxing and creative half-day summer retreat is a collaboration between Emily (Yoga with Emily Kate) and Maria (owner of The Bath Greenhouse), set in the beautiful and tranquil garden of The Bath Greenhouse. This retreat is designed to help you discover joy in movement, connect your body and mind, and express your creativity working with gorgeous, dried flowers.

The event will begin on the main lawn of The Bath Greenhouse with an introduction to breathwork and a gentle yoga flow suitable for all abilities, followed by guidance on crafting a beautiful and sustainable dried flower crown using materials harvested from the garden.

The workshop price includes tuition, all materials, light refreshments and a tour of the cutting garden. A unique experience designed to provide you with an opportunity to relax, connect and immerse yourself in learning something new
