FilmBath Festival takes place from 28th October to 7th November, in the COVID-safe beautiful Green Park Station and in The Little Theatre Cinema. Enjoy nine days filled with previews, special events, Q&As, F-Rated, LGBTQ+, documentary features, shorts, and of course, the IMDb Awards. If you like great films, then welcome home: this is the place for you.

Get Ready for Curtain Up

Theatre Royal Bath have a fantastic series of performances lined up this autumn. Enjoy a reimagination of The Good Life, based on the popular TV series, the dramatic Looking Good Dead, and the Noël Coward classic Private Lives.

Pick a Pumpkin or Two

For a fun-filled family day out, why not go pumpkin picking near Bath? The Pumpkin Picking Patch in Newton St Loe, a short drive from the city centre, is open at weekends and half term week until 31st October with a range of activities to complement the thousands of pumpkins across the 8-acre site.

Avon Valley Adventure and Wildlife Park’s Pick Your Own Pumpkin Patch is also open until 31st October, with special pumpkin patch nights too.

Get Arty and Be Inspired

Admire the artistic talent at the Victoria Art Gallery’s Bath Society of Artists 116th Annual Exhibition. Now in its 116th year, this hugely popular exhibition showcases the best of the region’s artistic talent. Any artist aged 18 or over can submit work for possible selection, and all of the artworks are for sale. The exhibits include paintings, sculpture, drawings, prints and mixed media.

Put Your Best Foot Forward

The Fashion Museum Bath’s Shoephoria! exhibition showcases 350 pairs of boots and shoes, many drawn from the Fashion Museum’s world-class collection, alongside ‘star’ shoes borrowed for the exhibition, tracing the evolution of shoe style over the last 300 years. From celebrity shoes to iconic designs, this exhibition is a must-see for any fashion lover!
