Set within the calm, botanical surroundings of Bramley's Bath shop, this mindful drawing session is designed for minds that move fast and resist switching off. Led by artist Rita Lazaro, you'll explore simple continuous line drawing and intuitive mark-making, guided by gentle, breath-led prompts that encourage focus without force and calm without pressure.

The process allows thoughts to wander while the hand keeps moving, turning mental noise into visible rhythm. Lines loop, connect and resolve in their own time, creating a sense of flow and order without rules or expectations. No drawing experience is needed.

You're welcome to take your drawing home with you, along with a simple creative ritual you can return to whenever your mind feels full and needs space to breathe.
