The Museum of East Asian Art (MEAA) is inviting everyone to join them in celebrating winter. The event will feature a range of seasonal delights, including Japanese tea tasting, onigiri sampling, mulled apple juice, and mince pies, providing the perfect way to usher in the winter festivities.

Yukie Williams, who has over a decade of experience preparing Japanese matcha for traditional tea ceremonies, will offer guests a taste of ceremonial-grade matcha.

In addition to the teas, there will be a selection of onigiri from Peter Niisato of Katsuo. These onigiri, made with Japanese short-grain rice and filled with a variety of fish, meat, and vegetable options, will be carefully wrapped in nori.

For those seeking traditional English winter flavors, mulled apple juice and mince pies will also be available, complementing the Japanese offerings.
