Set on the wild lake at Glove Factory Studios, this two-hour session blends the grounding warmth of our wood-fired sauna with a floating sound bath on the water, designed to help you slow down, switch off and fully reset.

Guided by Maddy from RE•VIBE, this immersive experience weaves together warmth, stillness and sound, allowing you to fully settle into the surroundings. The gentle movement of water, natural light and ambient sounds of the lake all become part of the experience, meaning no two sessions are ever quite the same.

The Experience

Your experience flows between heat and water, split into two small groups.

On arrival, you'll be gently guided into either the sauna or the floating sound bath, depending on your group. Around halfway through the session, groups will switch, giving everyone time to experience both the warmth of the sauna and the stillness of the water.

During the floating sound bath, you'll rest on supported floats while being guided by soft, resonant sound and gentle meditation, designed to calm the nervous system and bring the body into a deeply relaxed state.

During your sauna session, you'll be offered a complimentary facial treatment using products by RE•VIBE, alongside carefully selected essential oils infused into the heat to deepen relaxation.

To preserve the calm atmosphere, we kindly ask for quiet around the lake while the sound bath is in progress.

Conversation is of course welcome inside the sauna using your 'sauna voice'.

At the end of your experience, enjoy a warming hot drink as you ease back into the day.

This is a small-group experience, limited to 12 people per session, creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere throughout.
