At Bowood House and Gardens, you can be inspired to pick up your sketch pencil and paintbrush with local artist Laura Richards and create your own piece of artwork to take home. Surrounded by the beauty of the Bowood grounds, you will have the chance to slow down, find stillness, and paint in a relaxed environment.

Laura welcomes all skill levels to her workshop and will guide you through this morning session, starting with sketching nature before moving on to painting your work onto canvas.

All art materials are included in the workshop cost, but you are welcome to bring your favourite sketch pad, brushes, or paints if you prefer. After the workshop, you are free to wander around the House and Gardens.
