About

Whether trying to get pregnant naturally or preparing for IVF, it is important to remember that dietary and lifestyle changes can take 3 months to begin to have an impact, particularly in the case of males. Most vitamins and minerals will take 3 months to have full effect upon sperm and egg health. Sperm development takes a minimum of 90 days for sperm to be mature enough and functional. In this informal evening, Caroline will share the advice that goes along with a course of Reflexology. Participants will learn more about charting and finding optimal times to get pregnant.

This workshop will take place in therapy room 3 above the shop.

Tickets are £15 and redeemable against treatments booked with Caroline.
