About

Theatre Royal Bath invites audiences to join them for an afternoon celebrating design and craft.

Guests are welcomed to cosy up in the Royal Circle Bar and enjoy an inspiring talk with acclaimed costume designer Katie Sykes. Drawing on her years of experience, Katie will share insights into her costume design journey and reveal her creative process for theatre, including the ideas she will be bringing to David Copperfield: A Life — Theatre Royal Bath’s upcoming community production.

Attendees are encouraged to bring along their own sewing, design, or craft projects to discuss with fellow makers over a cup of tea, while picking up helpful tips and tricks from community sewing volunteers from Share and Repair. It promises to be the perfect way to spend a wintry Sunday.
