About

Luxurious two bedroom ground floor self-catering apartment for four, with private parking. Only a short stroll from the very centre of Bath.

A small, gated sun-trap patio leads to your own front door and then into the relaxing living area. The lounge is furnished with a plush leather sofa and armchairs, and oak furniture, making it a lovely space for relaxing after a day enjoying Bath – no car is needed for exploring the city, everything is within easy walking distance.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for dining at home, including a full-size dishwasher. A washer/dryer is also provided.

Both double bedrooms can be made up with either separate single beds or doubles (superking in the main bedroom, king in the second bedroom). Crisp cotton linens and supremely comfortable beds make for an excellent night’s sleep!

Two bathrooms – an ensuite shower room for the main bedroom and a full family bathroom with bath and shower over.

Private, allocated, off-road parking for one car right by the apartment and secure bicycle storage. Extra private parking also available nearby for an extra charge.

Step-free access from the parking area and no steps inside the apartment for those who prefer to avoid stairs.

Georgian elegance with 21st century building standards. Built in 2008, in the Bath Conservation Area, the building was carefully designed to continue the line of the original Georgian terrace. The outside of the building reproduces the designs of the Georgians but the inside benefits from modern building standards with insulation, double glazing and draft-proofing – a distinctly un-Georgian heating system keeps the apartment cosy all year round!

Central and very convenient. All the famous sights of Bath are within an easy walk.

Less than 5 minutes walk takes you to the Holburne Museum (a hotel when Jane Austen was here), Sydney Gardens and the Kennet and Avon canal (great for walks and feeding the ducks).

10 minutes stroll past Georgian terraces and Henrietta Park takes you to Pulteney Bridge and the shops.

15 minutes on foot and you are at The Roman Baths or Thermae Bath Spa.
