Green Park House
Green Park House Accommodation is a new 461-bed property located in the centre of Bath, used primarily as student accommodation but with limited private area in the building with studios for let to city visitors. Jane Austen once had a house on the site of this very property, one of four places she lived in Bath.
The property has been built using classic Bath Stone and makes an impressive contribution to the streetscape. Historical photographs show a building of similar style occupied this location in the 1930s, so the university is delighted to contribute to the area's restoration.
The property is conveniently located opposite the Green Park, ideal for sitting outside during the summer months. Within the development there is a garden area with seating. All units include a kitchenette fitted with a microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, and toaster. Each room has a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and free toiletries.
There are two rooms types available for lettings between October to May - standard studios available for single occupancy, with a wide single bed, and deluxe studios, suitable for couples, with a double bed.
During the months of June to September they also offer premium studios, a larger version of a deluxe room, and twin apartments, recommended for travelling friends who still want to maintain privacy with separate bedrooms.
