The Temple of Minerva and Botanical Gardens
The Temple of Minerva is a unique wedding venue hidden in the tranquil setting of the Botanical Gardens. Licensed for up to 35 guests for a seated civil ceremony, when you open up the doors, with seating outside, guest numbers can comfortably increase to 100.
Beside the Temple there is a lawn area suitable for drinks, confetti throwing, lawn games and a large marquee. There is also underfloor heating, making it suitable for year-round celebrations, and a small utility area and WC, plus disabled access.
Royal Victoria Park Bandstand
With its spectacular view of the Royal Crescent, this Grade II listed Victorian bandstand offers a stunning location with a beautiful lawn to host wedding ceremonies or drinks receptions.
The bandstand itself is licensed for civil ceremonies of up to 40 people with guest numbers increasing to 100 when using the lawn area. There is vehicle access allowing mobile bars, catering vans and street food vehicles on-site.
Parade Gardens and the Riverside Colonnades
The Edwardian bandstand and Riverside Colonnades in Parade Gardens have a beautiful backdrop of city spires and the famous Pulteney Bridge, and are both licensed for civil ceremonies.
The vintage garden is renowned for its vibrant bedding displays and formal lawns which provide an excellent site for marquees.
