Kilver Court Designer Village and Gardens
Created by Mulberry founder and English designer Roger Saul, Kilver Court Designer Village is a unique designer retail outlet in the heart of Somerset. Situated within a regenerated textile mill, Kilver Court features an eclectic, fresh and constantly updated edit of the best in fashion, interiors and lifestyle, making it the ideal place for a fashion fix, chic home interiors or somewhere to relax.
Kilver Court is home to the world-famous Mulberry Factory Shop - the iconic fashion label founded by Roger in the 1970s - where visitors can shop an exclusive range of luxurious Mulberry bags, shoes and accessories at hugely discounted prices.
With over fifty other designer brands offering up to 70% off RRP all year round, there are standalone outlets for Toast, L.K. Bennett and Yves Delorme as well as a designer emporium and arcade featuring brands such as M.i.h Jeans, Joseph, Chinti & Parker, Bamford, DVF and Whistles. The 'Great House' lifestyle bazaar offers a treasure trove of decorative items, home accessories, gifts and furniture, with brands such as Garden Trading, Neom Organics, Gisella Graham and Daylesford. It also sells locally-sourced, artisanal food and drink products including Conker Gin, Averys Wine and Godminster cheese, as well as sister company Sharpham Park who produce an organic range of spelt-based products.
Visitors can choose from a range of light bites and homemade cakes in the Harlequin Cafe, or enjoy something more substantial in the Sharpham Pantry restaurant. The food served at Kilver Court is, wherever possible, locally-sourced and freshly prepared, with many of the ingredients grown in the organic vegetable garden or made using Roger's organic range of spelt-based products from nearby Sharpham Park farm.
Behind the old mill complex is a stunning three-and-a-half acre garden, as seen on BBC Gardeners’ World. Highlights include a recently replanted herbaceous border, a reproduction of George Whitelegg's Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medal winning rockery, parterre, and mill pond, all set against the impressive backdrop of the Charlton viaduct. There is also a garden nursery featuring an eclectic mix of the very best plants from specialist plant suppliers.
